These services are available for any make of trainer. If you wish to send us your trainers, please complete a Sports Trainer Spiking Form and send it to us together with your trainer. If you would prefer to deliver your items in person, please contact us on 01823 327755.
We recommend you send your trainers to us by recorded delivery for security reasons. If you are uncertain as to whether or not the trainers can be spiked / repaired you can send us an e-mail with a close up photo of the trainers / damage and we will advise. This method could potentially save you the cost of postage if, in our opinion, it is not repairable.

On receipt of your trainers, we will carry out an assessment and contact you to agree the work and arrange payment. We aim to return your spikes to you within 7 working days of receipt. However, may take a little longer during busy times. There is no need to contact us for status update unless you do not hear from us within 14 days .
Please note that any work carried out on your goods will void any existing manufacturers warranty that you may have on the goods.
Please note that whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our spikes will stand the test of time, every trainer is different, and we cannot guarantee any repairs 100%. If you drag your foot when bowling, lifting can occur in some instances. We will not be held responsible for this and a drop of super glue will usually do the job!
